Shipping Terms & Conditions

Please read these shipping terms before placing your order

 

  • All items are shipped from France. 

 

  •  All order are shipped with tracking, except those composed entirely of stickers.

 

  •  Orders are shipped within 7 business days, often on Saturdays.

 

  • If you order A4 print alongside pins or magnet I'll send two packages to protect the print. And Both will be automatically send with tracking.

 

  • Please remember for international shipping it can take longer to arrive. Please wait 3-5 weeks (Europe ) and 8-10 weeks (rest of the world) before inquiring about a lost package.

 

  • If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me! I will get it replaced for you. 

 

  • Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. By placing an order, you acknowledge the possibility of additional fees upon import and agree that those fees will be your responsibility. if you want to pre-pay VAT, please order via Etsy (UK)

 

  •  If you provided the wrong address, please contact me immediately to correct it. Otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the additional shipping for the replacement.
