Please read these shipping terms before placing your order
- All items are shipped from France.
- All order are shipped with tracking, except those composed entirely of stickers.
- Orders are shipped within 7 business days, often on Saturdays.
-If you order A4 print alongside pins or magnet I'll send two packages to protect the print. And Both will be automatically send with tracking.
- Please remember for international shipping it can take longer to arrive. Please wait 3-5 weeks (Europe ) and 8-10 weeks (rest of the world) before inquiring about a lost package.
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. By placing an order, you acknowledge the possibility of additional fees upon import and agree that those fees will be your responsibility. if you want to pre-pay VAT, please order via Etsy (UK).
- If you provided the wrong address, please contact me immediately to correct it. Otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the additional shipping for the replacement.

How can I change my currency/location
You can find a dropdown menu a the bottom of the page to change you location and currency.
Where is my order confirmation?
Lyloo Art shop send you order and shipping confirmations, but unfortunately it can end up in the spam folder.
If there is a typo in your email address, you can contact me and I'll update your details.
I made a mistake when typing my address, how do I fix it?
Contact me via email at info@lylooart.com or the shop's contact form and I'll get it fixed for you!
Please do check your adress or contact me as fast as you can.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 7 days of placing the order.
Where is my tracking number?
It will be in your shipping confirmation email.
Not all orders get tracking. If your order is composed entirelly of stickers it will not be tracked.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are shipped within 7 business days of placing the order.
Packages are send tracked but as regular mail, it can take several weeks to arrive.
French order usually take a few business days to get there, European around 7-18 business days and international between 2 and 10 weeks.
Please wait the recommended time before inquiring about a lost package:
For Europe after 3-5 weeks and International 8-10 weeks.
How can I cancel my order?
If it is not shipped yet, contact me and I'll refund you in full.
Refunds can only be issued on the same card or PayPal account that was used when making the order.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to ship it back to us at your expense and we'll refund you once we receive it and confirm the items haven't been used or damaged.
Please always contact us first before returning an item.
My order was damaged in the mail, what should I do?
Contact me via email at info@lylooart.com or the shop's contact form and include your name, your order number, and a photograph of the damaged item(s) for a replacement or a refund!
